Can I order by email?

We are of course at your disposal to help you place your order. Please note, however, that certain payment methods are not available for orders placed by e-mail.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation by email?

All finalized orders are confirmed by email. If you haven't received an email after a few minutes, it’s most likely a technical issue or email address. Please contact our customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been printed, it can be canceled. Please send us an e-mail with your order number.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Product defects or printing errors should be reported to us, preferably in writing. Please describe the defects found, if possible by attaching photos. Defective products will be replaced immediately and at no cost.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer payment methods by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal.

What are the delivery times ?

As a general rule, shipping takes 2 to 3 days and delivery times are 8 to 15 working days.

How can I check the delivery status?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a shipping number. This will allow you to follow the status of your delivery at any time.

What can I do if the product arrives damaged?

Please check upon receipt that the product has not been damaged in transit. Transport has good insurance and your product will be replaced. Please contact us as soon as possible.
